TCT-SL-090 — SiAlON for Toughness & Forgiveness


TCT-SL-090 was developed as a tougher SiAlON variant for roughing and interrupted-cut environments.
It excels where stability and edge integrity outweigh raw speed — ideal for cast iron and HRSA jobs with variable depth of cut or scale. The result: consistent wear, fewer failures, and reliable uptime.

TCT-SN-260 — Silicon Nitride for Irons & Steel Mills


TCT-SN-260 is our flagship Si₃N₄ grade for high-speed cast iron machining and heavy industrial applications.
Originally developed for iron roughing,
SN-260 has also shown exceptional promise in hard-turning geometries within steel mills — offering high edge strength, stable wear, and reliable performance under sustained heat.
